Ken Jarrold CBEAREAS OF INTEREST Ken enjoys working with people one to one and with Chairs, Chief Executives and management teams to provide coaching, career advice and Action Learning. He also provides strategic HR advice and assists with HR issues concerning CEs and other senior staff. Ken has a great deal of experience of service reconfiguration and works with teams to provide advice on process and handling. He also presents at conferences and workshops on leadership, HR issues and current NHS issues. HONOURS AND APPOINTMENTS Ken was awarded the CBE in 1997, a Doctorate of the Open University in 1999 and is an Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Before he joined Dearden Ken had 36 years experience as an NHS Manager Ken's jobs have included - Chief Executive County Durham ∧ Tees Valley SHA Chief Executive County Durham and Darlington Health Authority Director of Human Resources of the NHS in England and Deputy to Chief Executive Chief Executive Wessex Regional Health Authority District General Manager and District Administrator Gloucester Health Authority CONSULTANCY EXPERIENCE Since joining Dearden in January 2006 Ken has worked with a number of clients.
