Cathy recently returned from a sabbatical during which time she successfully led and managed a health corporation and major tertiary hospital on behalf of the Maldivian Government. Cathy is now back working in the UK as a senior consultant and coach
Derek's career spans all aspects of managing health care delivery. His NHS career has encompassed commissioning, operational management and strategic planning at senior management and board level.

Ken enjoys working with people one to one and with Chairs, Chief Executives and management teams to provide coaching, career advice and Action Learning.
Mark's consultancy work spans human resource management including interim roles as a Director of HR, workforce and organisational development and coaching.
Richardís consultancy spans coaching, team and leadership development, learning set facilitation, support for whole system partnership working, and organisational development.
Philip's consultancy work spans coaching, leadership, organisation development, action learning and the management and delivery of sustainable change.
Sheila has a particular interest in working with clinicians to recognise and understand processes for change. She has worked extensively with health care teams using process redesign methodology.
Vivís work spans competency assessment and development, leadership development and coaching. She is qualified to use a wide range of psychometric assessment instruments.
