Cathy Waters
Cathy joined Dearden in early 2008, as a senior consultant, following a successful 28 year career in the NHS, including 7 years as a PCT Chief Executive. Cathy’s consultancy work encompasses leadership development, strategy and organizational development
Colin Morris
Colin is an experienced NHS Chief Executive and also has senior Local Authority experience.
David Dawson
David’s consultancy work covers strategy and clinical service redesign, leadership development, organisational development and coaching, especially of clinicians.
Derek Emm
Derek's career spans all aspects of managing health care delivery. His NHS career has encompassed commissioning, operational management and strategic planning at senior management and board level.
Ken Jarrold CBE
Ken enjoys working with people one to one and with Chairs, Chief Executives and management teams to provide coaching, career advice and Action Learning.
Liz Windas
Liz is a qualified nurse and an experienced senior manager with a particular interest in service improvement
Mark Gammage
Mark is Managing Director of Dearden Consulting and his consultancy work spans human resource management including interim roles as a Director of HR, workforce and organisational development and coaching.
Peter Key
Peter's consultancy practice covers all aspects of organisational development, but he has a particular interest in service redesign, strategy development, team building and coaching.
