When we are helping your leaders to develop and improve their performance, we will make use of different approaches and techniques which will be agreed with you in advance. This might include:
• Creating leadership frameworks which can be used by your leaders to self-assess their own leadership performance
• Designing and facilitating processes which allow your leaders to receive feedback on their leadership performance from different sources and in a secure and confidential environment. We are licensed to use a wide range of psychometric instruments including MBTI, OPQ and LQF.
• Using Development Centres to help leaders produce well-informed Performance and Development Plans
• Providing Team and Board Development events which focus on their leadership contributions
• Providing one to one coaching and facilitating Learning Set activities for leaders which are based upon Action Learning principles
