RECENT CAREER HISTORY
Philip joined the NHS as a trainee in the 1970s and worked in general management and HR roles in acute and regional NHS settings. His last role in the NHS was Head of OD with a Strategic Health Authority.

CONSULTANCY EXPERIENCE
Philip's recent consultancy work has included:

  • Coaching senior executives in the NHS with particular emphasis on supporting people through change.
  • Interim HR support to an NHS Trust
  • Developing a senior Clinical team in an NHS Foundation Trust
  • Service review of an NHS Trust's Occupational Health Service
  • Designing and running assessment and development centres as part of recruitment or personal development programmes.
