Stephen is a senior consultant with Dearden Consulting having joined us in April 2008 following a highly successful career in the NHS as a senior manager and director with various organisations. Stephen has a wealth of experience in HR management, service reconfiguration and OD as well as leadership development, medical staffing issues, and coaching and was a member of the executive team that achieved Foundation Trust status in his last organisation in 2007.
