The Dearden Support team includes:
Peter Haigh
Overseeing the team, in the role of Business Director, is Peter Haigh a chartered accountant of 30 years with a track record of steering the finance and administration of successful businesses. Peter has other directorships and provides a ready source of advice to support client assignments and the business generally.
Brenda Unsworth
Brenda has held an administrative role in Dearden since 1997 after working for several years with leading financial organisations, one of her roles being the supervision of a corporate services department.
Brenda enjoys helping to create good relationships between clients, the office and the Dearden Team and she is an excellent organiser. She has considerable experience in organising large scale events, conferences and assessment centres, including several Open Space events for major clients.
Stewart Swift
Stewart is AAT qualified and has completed training as a CompTIA A+ Technician. He makes good use of all these skills in managing the bookkeeping and IT needs of the business and supporting projects, particularly those with more challenging systems and data handling needs.
Kirstie Hazelton
Kirstie first joined the team in 2005 and is primarily focused on using her excellent organisational skills to support client activities, notably on assessments and recruitment, extensively using CRM systems and other web-based systems to allow remote consultants, clients and applicants to access key information.
