Liz’s expertise is in improving the quality of services through the application of service improvement methodologies. Her particular expertise lies in using systems thinking to drive productivity and quality improvements.
Recent career History.
Liz is a qualified nurse with over 25years clinical experience in the NHS. As a former senior nurse with experience of developing clinical services and care delivery models, Liz has extended her skill set to include service improvement through systems thinking. Liz has used her clinical experience to support clinical teams in developing services and over the last 10 years has supported teams in service redesign through systems engineering. Having worked in acute, primary and SHA settings Liz has all round experience.
Of particular relevance to clients is Liz’s ability to engage with clinical staff to ensure system change through clinical leadership as well as her extensive knowledge of NHS systems to ensure robust clinical governance and system reform.
Consultancy Experience
During the last 3 years Liz has worked extensively in health care consulting for both large consultancy firms and independently. Liz has through a number of projects supported healthcare organisations with clinical and service improvement expertise.
